After watching another C6 Corvette owner build an air shroud to surround and enhance the efficiency of his aftermarket cold air intake, I purchased these ABS sheets to try and build my own. The product was everything I hoped. I was able to use a heat gun to fold the outer edges to a 90-degree angle providing a professional look and perfect fit. Cuts were made using a common jigsaw leaving clean edges. Very pleased!!!

These are excellent quality, I used them to create no drill shades for door glass by bolting the shade brackets through the back and "alien taping" this piece of plastic directly to door. Durable plastic with no cracking or chipping. My customers are very satisfied as they are so thin they blend right in with the shade.

I needed to make a electronics cavity cover for the back of a bass guitar and this was perfect. I traced my template onto it and used a utility knife with a new blade to cut into the outline to make a track and then used my jigsaw to follow along the cut and remove it. Filed and sanded the edges and it worked out great. Choice of nice shiny or textured finish and it was just the right thickness and strength. Price was right and delivered as promised.

Just what I needed at the bottom of my cloth shopping bags

I needed to make a switch panel for a golf cart and it had to fit a very precise area on the cart. I was afraid this would break or shatter when cutting but it cut perfectly with a very fine blade in a jig saw and then I was able to use a Dremel and sanding disk to perfectly refine the shape. The flat black side of the plastic perfectly matched my dash and it looks factory made. People sell the finished product for ten times what this cost so if you have some patience and good tools, it will serve your purpose.

1/8 x 32 x 24 I rednecked my son an aquarium lid with a blow torch and a Sawzall I know what your thinking.. it looks great. 😁 My son gives it a 10 out of 10. But serious note it's pretty thick my heat gun struggled with the large area to heat so ultimately resorted to the torch. I'm not recommendeding it but it will work if you move fast enough and don't linger to long in one spot.

I've been looking for a divider for my console for ever now to which I've come up with nothing for mine specifically, so i decided i was going to make my own, i wasnt really sure what to use that would work best, but ive heard of alot of headlight retrofit guys using these abs sheets to make brackets and such, so i decided i would give it a try, and this stuff worked great, its the perfect thickness, it cuts smoothly with a fine tooth jigsaw or hacksaw blade, if you have a band/scroll saw then it would work perfect, a little bit of 600 grit sandpaper smooths the edges right up, and it sticks together great with just a little super glue, i done the bend test to see if it was going to hold together and it didn't budge, it started bending the plastic piece and still held together, now I'm sure I'll find a bunch of little projects to do that i can use this stuff on.
