Mixed bag
Pros:- Prints really fast and in hi-res- Duplex function works perfectly, no jams yet (done about 300 pages)- Easily connected to my 2.4ghz wifi and I was able to print via Android & iOS wirelessly.Cons:- Build quality feels cheap, especially the screen. It is not even glued in place - it jumps around.- The starter toner ran out within 200-250 pages.- Very expensive in India. I got it from a store for ₹12,550 and on Amazon it's ₹19k. In the US you can get this for $90, which is ₹7500 approx.All this being said I have no regrets. My printing is happening just fine, and there's no other wifi duplex laser printer at this price point. My dealer told me that Brother's cheaper models have a lot of issues (the ones over 18k are good) so I went for this.

Page size mismatch error not solved my Canon
Printer every time showing page size mismatch error and need to press button every single time to take print out. Canon service person visited several times but couldn’t solve the error. Even senior service person failed to fix it.

Waste of Money, Worst Printer
Firstly, the screen doesn't have backlight so it is very difficult to read and secondly everytime printer settings are required to be changed according to the page size, thickness etc. which is annoying. Overall the worst printer & complete waste of money.
