This significantly affects the user experience and productivity. 2. **Battery Life**: Despite claims of impressive battery life, the Flip 5's battery drains quickly, even with minimal usage. This flip 5 that I bought in amazon is 10 months old now and still in perfect condition. It's 100% original, works perfectly fine, battery life is normal depending on how you use your phone daily and all the features are working. No complaints so far. Thank you amazon.
