Buying again!
Absolute amazing product! I have been in PT for 2 months now for my ankle, swells up badly and after an MRI it showers I had 1 full tare and 1 partial tare at some point of the 3 ligaments that hold your foot to your leg. Putting this on fully 2 weeks pretty much all the time except when sleeping and then putting it on for long days/long walks was a game changer! Even my PT person was surprised. Dr. Arie was the one who recommended I did it (after seeing my mri results etc) and man did it make more progress than 2 months of PT!! I felt balanced, supported and felt no pain! Gray compression, and value for money. Great fit, weight and improved significantly my pain relief. Buying more!!

Do not waste your money. Get a real brace.
Terrible. There was not full thought put into this for people with real ankle issues. It fits so tightly it’s hard to get on, which hurts if your ankle is sore. The wrap parts stretch, they will stretch out and wear out in no time. It doesn’t give a whole lot of stability at all. A little more stability than a compression sock and that’s it. Not ideal for an active person with ankle issues. Plus, it will stink over time being that it’s a sock. Felt stupid for ordering once I took it out of the box and looked at it.

Ankle brace/ tight fit
I ordered the med size for an 8-10 in foot size. It fits very tightly. If ankle is swollen, it won’t even go on. I suggest ordering a size up. I wear it but have to stretch to the max. It does support your ankle while wearing it.

A huge help, great alternative to kinesiology tape...
It seems to me that people who have offered low ratings are missing the point of this product. It needs to be tight. It must be tight to work properly. You need to put some effort in to getting this on your foot and around your ankle. This is not just a brace and it is not just a compression sock. This is a compression sock with a flexible but strong 'cage,' as they have accurately labeled it. This 'cage' wraps around the foot's sides, top and back and then it runs up over the ankle. You need to be holding on to the 'cage' material when putting this on so as not to stretch the compression sock material. If you pull on the sock material, you're going to stretch out the compression sock and diminish the strength the 'cage' material. I have been wearing kinesiology tape almost daily due to subluxations in a weak ankle, the same in a damaged foot, and in a stretched tendon that runs from the base of the leg, down and around the ankle, and in to the foot. I no longer have to ensure that I wrap my foot and ankle with kinesiology tape. Well, some days require a good k-taping but this sock/brace has significantly cut down on the amount of k-tape I use. This is a huge cost saver because good k-tape costs about a dollar a day. I bought two of these so I can rotate them and allow time for the other sock to be washed and air-dried - do not put these in a clothing dryer. Unless I have severely subluxated a tendon or bone, this sock gets me through almost every day. I usually put a regular sock over this sock. Because the compression sock is on the sturdy but thin side and because the 'cage' area is mostly hidden in the transition area between the foot and ankle, there is a surprisingly good amount of room to get on that extra sock. Highly recommended!

Hard to get on and too long.
Very difficult to get on. To the point that my foot was falling asleep, although it did ease up eventually. At the same time, it is very long in the toe area and tight at the top band. Does the job for me in sandals for support, but the excess in the toe area makes it too uncomfortable for closed toed shoes. They should make one that is more a brace than a sock. Sizing is not great.

Support/Stability
Good ankle stability might go up a size if you have flat/wide feet

Not a brace more compression support
Difficult to slip on and take off. Velcro will stick to socks and pull at material trying to separate it. Seems ok for rehab or light activities. Felt the same as if I wasn't wearing anything didn't feel anything change when playing Volleyball or any more intense activities with footwork. Felt more like a compression sock not a brace.
