So easy to use, when paying attention to how it’s supposed to be used correctly you will get great results! Defo reccomend I’ve had previous wax pots before and always gone to salons but this is a game changer esp if you really don’t feel like going to a salon!

AWFUL doesn’t work properly had to adjust heat myself as was taking ages

Absolutely perfect

Takes a little longer than expected to heat up but once ready it’s good to go, I would say put more in the pot than you would expect as it goes down really quickly and then you have to wait ages for it to heat up again. Smells divine, isn’t painless, but as far as waxing goes it’s easy to use

After use, I managed to do body wax by my own, this product is absolutely fantastic and easy to use. Heating is appropriate and even the beats with the heater smells amazing. The quality of the product is great. A must buy product 😇

The heater broke after a month! The rest is perfect works wonderfully great smelling wax but the heater was poor. Trying to get hold of them was even worse, had to double message to remind them I’m still not letting this go and how I should be sent a replacement as it’s within the six month warranty. Amazon got involved and messaged them on my behalf and eventually they sent a replacement which was delivered promptly once they had finally done their part.
