BluArmor C30 is an amazing product: Absolutely worth the amount. Pros: + Crisp and clear sound. + Volume is more than enough even with exhaust on at very high speeds. + Offers multiple features, pairs instantly. + The adhesive/screw mount provided works flawless, the grip is too strong on both. + Looong battery life. It charges rather quickly and lasts for long. (On a 11h trip, it still had about 30% at the commencement) + BluArmor support and team: They have an absolutely professional team who perform efficiently and respond on time. I was really satisfied. Cons: - Bad experience on Amazon. I recommend buying straight from BluArmor’s website. They have an amazing response team. - On peak volume: Mobile and the Intercom, I could feel a little volume tear. It could very well be the cloth covering the speaker. A notch down and it works amazing. - Bass. It lacks the bass element which we so crave for, SOMETIMES the music feels bland where I am used to experiencing some amount of bass. Personal preference. +The buttons are somewhat difficult to understand with gloves on. They require some time to get used to. This review was written after 19 days of use clocking 3000+ kms while using the intercom.

Updating my review after using it from 2 year now. I must say if you are INDIAN support this Made in INDIA product. It's excellent. I am extremely surprised when I visit Rohit and Jaydeep from bluearmor team in Pune. I had an issue with my existing device and they gave me a replacement device [Brand New] directly without asking any questions. I am impressed with their support to their customers. I personal suggestion to every rider is dont go with imported intercom instead support our made in INDIA product. Now, they have launched C20 [ Rs 6999] only and advanced C50. You can definitely go for it without any second thought. Cons: 1. Range : You will get only 700-800m range on straight highway with following conditions and 200-300m range in city area. 1.1. No obstacles between two riders 1.2. No High Voltage lines crossing between two riders 1.3. No curvy road Pros: 1. Very impressive customer support provided by company. In my earlier review I mentioned no direct way to communicate with customer support. But after that I got very good support from company. 2. Battery Life: We used it continuously for 15 hours from Pune to Gokarna. Believe me only 60% battery got drained. 3. Noise Cancellation: Almost 90-95% traffic noise got cancel which is awesome. I use it for my office calls as well during my commute time and till now no one complaint me about background noise when i am in traffic and attending call. 3. Sound Quality: You can hear clearly without any struggle even at a speed of 110km/hr. Which is again impressive. 4. No network areas: You can easily communicate with each other’s without any issues in the areas of no network. 5. Charging Time: It takes around 1.5-2 hrs to full charge from 0-100% 6. Waterproof: Haven’t tested in heavy rainfall but it worked fine in light raining. Will use it during rainy season and will post my update again. 7. Connection Time: Connects with paired devices with one click only, which is again impressive. 8. Reconnictivity: This is one more awesome feature. If two riders go out of range and comes back in the range they get auto connect with each other without any manual interfare.

Item is good. But don’t follow the content mentioned in the Amazon video as it doesn’t have JBL speakers anymore.

Easy to install, easy to setup, easy to connect to your phone. The app is also very easy to use and does not drain phone battery. The unit itself has a talk/use time of 16hrs! But when I tested it on my first ride. I rode with it on all day for 12 hrs, with music, calls and GPS and by 5pm it had only used 20% battery, 80% charge remaining! Forget the 30-40k Sena and Cardos, buy this made in India product for 1/3rd the cost. Mesh intercom works decently, 100-200meters, much better than Bluetooth which only has 50m range! You can also connect to other brands by pressing down button (Ryderlink). Up for Mesh! Autoconnects when in range. Voice assistant works flawlessly! Effing amazing device. So glad I didn't buy another Sena! Or Cardo! Asked all my group riders to buy the same device.

I bought the BluArmor C30 with high hopes, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Within just a few months, the latch behind the product broke, which was the first sign of poor build quality. Things only got worse from there. A few months later, BluArmor released the C50 and completely messed up the software for existing C30 users. For 2-3 months, it was impossible to connect the C30 to the app, leaving us with a product that was basically unusable. When they finally fixed the software, the range was drastically reduced. Even if you’re just 50 feet apart, you can barely hear the other person—this is a huge step back from what the device originally offered. The problems don’t stop there. The build quality is terrible: the buttons quickly lost their tactile feedback and stopped working altogether after just a few days. This isn’t just my experience—every C30 user I know has faced the same issues. Overall, the BluArmor C30 has been a huge disappointment. Between the broken latch, the botched software update, the reduced range, and the poor build quality, I can’t recommend this product to anyone.

I use the c30(tuned by blu, and not jbl) on my KYT TT-REVO. The sound quality is quite good at the price point. The battery is also quite good. The speaker units inside the helmet jab into your ears and they are quite hard making it a bit uncomfortable. I have also noticed they have cheaped out on the build quality of the overall product(buttons and body), you can see rough edges where the plastic has been cut which definitely doesn’t do justice for the price given the previous version nailed this department. The spring loaded antenna system is the WORST, dont open it. It will literally snap due to the horrible build quality. At the end I kind of regret getting it due to one major flaw and that is the size and design of the unit. Its literally a box on the side of your helmet that catches a lot of drag and hence insane wind noise at higher speeds which drowns out the sound making it pointless. The moment I place my hand in front of the intercom while riding to create a windshield it makes such a difference. It’s a shame that this is the case. Overall, I regret getting it.

They’ve become more than a convenience; they’re a necessity for any serious rider. The peace of mind and enhanced ride experience it offers is worth every penny. It’s a solid 5-star recommendation from a biker who values safety, quality, and connection.

Got it just before Nepal ride in 2023 which was almost a 12 day long ride with extreme temperature variations and weather conditions. It supported me and my friends to stay connected and make the ride enjoyable and tireless. The battery backup is beyond my expectation. As it gave a battery backup of more than 20 hours at a stretch on a single charge. The build quality is awesome and rugged. It is worth every penny you spend on the product. Just one con which I could identify as that the range in crowded areas becomes a problem at times.
