I’m extremely disappointed. This is not memory foam as described but a heavy spring mattress. Plus, when I unpacked it, a strong, unbreathable smell came from it, making it hard to breathe—a double disappointment. I wanted a lighter memory foam mattress, and it arrived with dents all over the box.

Quality is good Nice sleep experienced No back pain. The surface of this matters is too bumpy. The original shape still not completely retained after 72hrs

المرتبة لم تتمدد بشكل كامل، أقصي إرتفاع حققته كان 25 سم، كما بقيت الحافتان بعرض 180 سم منخفضتين عن 25 سم رغم مرور اسبوع كامل، وهذا يشير الى خلل في التصنيع، وقد قمت بارجاع المنتج.

المنتج ليس بالارتفاع المطلوب الارتفاع المكتوب30 ولكن الارتفاع حين توصيل المنتج لدى وبعد إرجاع بأكثر ٧٢ ساعه لم يتجاوز الارتفاع 23 فعلياً
