Knee Heaing Pad

I bought this for my mother who has knee pain and always asks for heating pad. She really liked this product and she can even use this pad everywhere on her body. Now it’s her go to. Recommended for anyone who needs versatile usage of one product. Easy to use, just plug in and it gets warm in seconds.

Bought this shoulder heating pad to help after my shoulder surgery. Very easy to put on. I used it every few days a week to help with the pain but never seemed to get hot. Today I tried to use it. The lights come on saying it is working but the heating element inside the pad does not work. Please refund my money Thanks.

Purchased this shoulder brace for my husband, who plays volleyball. He had some shoulder pain for several weeks and liked this brace from his first try. He says the heating mode helps to lower the pain and heats up quickly. It is comfortable to wear. Does the job right! Would definitely recommend.

Would be better if you could charge it and walk around and it needs to be higher on the shoulder and tighter but otherwise OK product.

I very much wanted this to work to ease my shoulder pain but really did not do that for me! In my opinion, I think there needs to be a size for women and one for men because even though this was a small, it did not fit very snugly on my shoulder, even though I repeatedly adjusted it. There were just too many spots that either had gaps or were too tight. I even had a large red/burn spot on top of my arm and a smaller one one my bicep because of the unevenness of how it was on my arm. Despite this, I liked it because it did heat up quickly. I just wish it would have fit me like it did on the MALE model on the website!!

Got this for my mother because she has a torn rotator cuff. She needed something to get her through until she has surgery, and then also for recovering as well. It heats up quickly, and the vibration settings are great for massage. Would purchase this again for myself or family.

From what I can tell, the only thing that functions is the on/off light changing colors. There is no heat or warmth supplied to the pad other than my own body warmth from being wrapped in a neoprene type material. I am so disappointed. I so wanted this to work. I had ordered another, but cancelled after I realized no heat was supplied to this pad.
