German quality and fair price
I absolutely love my new garmin vivomove style watch ,thos is already the second from this brand and it doesn't disappoint like the previous one. The battery life is good and the modern design delights everybody around. Eas to change strap that doesn't irritate skin. Lots of useful functions like find my phone one. The garmin app that goes with the watch is great, accurate and reliable.

Good fitness tracker
Lovely and stylish watch. Good connectivity and fitness tracker. Good value for money. Highly recommended. Thank you. Linda.

Good but could be better
A very good watch, however it could do with the hands being white, as black on a black background makes it hard to see the time which is its primary function. Watch strap not good, replaced with leather one, ideal size, menu function takes getting used to.

Gorgeous but brake quick
I lovveeeee this watch, when it works. Stylish, hybrid. Great to use. However this is my 2nd watch in a month. Have had issues with the screen and not charging. Have returned both in hopes that another model of garmin watch will perform although not as asthetically pleasing as this one

Love this watch
A great multi-functional watch, the charger connection is a bit strange at first, but once charged the battery life is excellent Loads of features, including contactless payments Definitely recommend this item

Good and bad
Good looking watch for everyday use and light activity tracking. Battery life around 4 days without notification and auto syncing. After a few days of use, the watch got foggy when cycling or just being in the sun. It's an "expected behaviour" for Garmin and they wouldn't try try to fix the problem. Surprising when considering it's supposed to be waterproof for up to 50M..

Absolutely beautiful watch but…
Not fit for purpose unless the purpose is only aesthetic. The silver typeset makes it impossible to read stats whilst running even in the brightest resolution and on a dull day, completely forget it if the sun’s out. The clock hands automatically adjust to 3.15 when monitoring an activity, however, due to the hands taking space, it’s not possible to glance at all stats necessary for running (as you can with other garmin watches) mainly, overall time, distance and mins per mile. Only two stats can be displayed at one time and you need to scroll up to see the rest whilst running. Who wants to faff around doing that! Further, there is no way to completely disable the watch face whilst in activity, you must double tap whilst running every time you want to glance your stats. And then you must scroll to view the other stats no longer visible due to clock hands. I contacted garmin after reading instructions to see if it was possible to disable watch face and keep stats on the whole time whilst in activity and they said it wasn’t. If there can be an improved version that somehow displayed more stats in a typeset you can actually see clearly in daylight without straining, and a way to disable clock face so that stats are permanently on whilst in activity. I would definitely buy an upgraded version. At present only fit as a day to day watch. I sent this back and bought the venu sq 2 music instead. Not as attractive but does all the aforementioned and more.

This is really a great watch! The battery life is pretty great, the sensors are great for every day users, and the best part is how classy this watch looks. This watch actually works decently for fitness tracking. It is absolutely no replacement to a dedicated fitness watch like the 255 and 955, but even though it leaves me for wanting what those watches provide, it gives me more than I could have ever hoped for in its fitness abilities. Its sleep/awake tracking is scarily accurate. And its heart rate sensor is fairly good too. I do wish they had used their latest heart rate sensor because even though this is more accurate than many other devices out there, it still makes me question how accurate the reading is because I know it's not Garmin's best/latest iteration. Obviously if you are getting this watch though, it is mostly because of the design. And the design is precisely why I bought this watch and encourage anyone else with high taste to do the same. You will definitely want to get a classier looking watch strap than the one that comes with the watch, but the one provided with the watch works great for any fitness tracking you wish to do with the watch. I do, however, have a couple things that I really wish Garmin would improve. This watch is a different entry than the Garmin Style and Garmin Luxe, so I can forgive the plastic case to an extent. But a new watch with a gold/rose gold/silver/etc. case is long overdue. I like the design of this watch except for the plastic case (which still looks trendy, but not as classy as I would hope), but I still ended up getting this watch because the Style and Luxe are so outdated. I love the fact you can get notifications and even reply to notifications on-screen. I like the pre-set notifications, but I would like to see the ability to give full replies like my 7-year older Android Wear watch could provide. A speak to text option would be even better. These are options that I'm sure would be doable for a watch like this (so long as the microphone wouldn't ruin the design). My final suggestion would be to open this watch up to the app store. It has a full screen, and many apps and custom watch faces could still be added to this watch, even if they are more limited in options. In a perfect dream world, GPS, better battery life, and everything else that the 955 provides would be incredible to have in a watch like this, even if I had to pay more. But I understand the limits due to design, and I would prefer the design of this as a daily wearable over the 955 any day. But I will continue to use the 255 (eventually the 965 when it comes out) as my only fitness tracking watch when I receive it because it can do so much more. Hope this review helps!

This was a gift for my wife who isn't tech-intuitive and she loves it. Does everything her Venu SQ did and more but looks more stylish and is as easy to use. Arrived the next day, works as expected.

Tengo varios garmin y hay que admitir que son calidad, (entre ellos un Lily) y a mi gusto me queda mejor este vivomove tred. Me gusto tanto el color que no me pude resistir de este modelo, varios amigos me han dicho que se ve precioso!!!
