This is a very pleasant tasting liquid Niacinamide. It's easy to measure. One dropper = 1ml = 16mg. My multivitamin contains 20mg of niacinamide plus 1 mg of NADH (a biologically active form of B3). Every morning, I take 1.3 ml of the liquid B3, measured with a 1ml oral syringe. Just before I go to bed, I take 0.5 ml = 8mg. This is the equivalent of taking 500mg of tryptophan, which my body can't process (because of a genetic mutation. However I'm fine with Niacinamide) I consistently fall asleep very quickly. I highly recommend this brand of Niacinamide

I didn’t notice a huge difference in energy but I can say the dropper on the one I received is awful and doesn’t fill up to the 1 ml (dropper full) ever. It takes 2-3 times to get a little bit inside and I’m basically guessing at how much I’m actually taking.

This product contains 125% of the RDA Niacin/Niacinamide/B3. I bought it based on claims for increased energy. The other claims of cognitive health benefits are dependent on exceedingly rare SEVERE niacin deficienc. Do your own research to justify buying this. Do you have a diet missing meat, chicken, or fish, suffer with alcoholism, or another disease that causes systemic niacin deficiency? If not, save your money and experiencing possible side effects/prescription drug interactions.
