Precision Silver LCD Radio Controlled Alarm Clock, Black

Purchased the clock for my home office. Delivery happened with no issues in fact came early. Item was well packaged (not over packaged which seems to be happening more and more). The instructions are clear and easy to follow, for my needs basically insert batteries and all done. Clock connected in minutes and is accurate, I have checked the temperature and is perfect. The display is easy to read and clear, the digest on the display are large and easy to ready. There is no light so hard to read in a dark room but for me that’s not an issue as I’m using in my home office. I find this a great clock, with great service and at a great price. I would and have recommended it to other.

Very good clock.

Nice clock and nice quality but it is smaller than I was expecting. Of course the measurements were on the description but I just assumed that it would be comparable to size of all the other LCD wall clocks I have and have bought in the past. On my large kitchen wall it looked really small and also needed two screws as opposed to the normal one screw to hang it - meaning I would need to drill another hole for it, and as the screw that is already there is already centered on the wall - this new clock would end up off-centre. The result is that I have now swapped this one for the one that used to be in my bedroom (using the usefull built in stand) and used the bedroom one in the kitchen where it looks like a normal sized clock. The display however is very clean and crisp, great quality LCD display as long as you use alkaline batteries. If you try to use even high quality rechargeable ones (as with most of these type of clock), the numbers will be a little faded to different degrees and look awful. Functionality is simple enough but the 24 hour setting is not so simple. If you follow the instructions that come with this clock you will not be able to change form 12/24 hour as stated in the manual as well as keeping automatic time setting. The clock defaults to the automatic time setting and 12 hour format when the batteries are inserted. Instead you have to disable the automatic time setting by pressing the 'WAVE' button on the back, then you can follow the instructions for manual setting where you can select 24 hour format. You then skip through all the manual time-setting options before pressing the 'WAVE' button again to return it to automatic time setting. Now it will remember your choice of 12/24 hours and set itself....at least that is what mine did. When I placed it in its final location it set itself within a few minutes. I live at the top of the Rhondda Valley, South Wales and there was no trouble receiving the time signal.

Very much recommended it shows room temperature, date and time. I have 2 of this in my rooms. The batteries last for too long.

Excellent clock, clear display and accurate to the second. I’ve had a few of these and they’re generally very reliable. It is worth noting that the clock itself gets 5 stars from me all day for doing what it’s supposed to; the lower stars given are not for the quality or reliability. It’s too big to travel and needs a reasonable amount of ambient light to be legible.

The packet was delivered in good time. The clock logged onto the time signal and fully set itself with time and date etc. completely automatically - this is not true of many of these types of radio controlled clocks. It is not the most visible of LCD displays but serves me well enough. I am well pleased with the item.

I bought this for an elderly lady who has dementia. The screen is very big, with easy to read numbers, more importantly it tells her the day and date. I had to manually put the information in, but it was really easy to do. I would definitely recommend this clock.

This is supposed to be a radio controlled clock and is no more radio controlled than I am. It does not keep time and did not change time when the clocks went back at the end of October. I can't complain to Amazon as they have no email contact and their website sends me round in circles. The link for product support sends me to an automotive website who wondered why they keep getting random emails. Far from impressed with the clock and Amazon on this occasion.

Lässt sich nciht auf CET umstellen, und wenn man die Uhr manuell verstellt stellt er sich nachts wieder auf englische Zeit - sehr unpraktisch wenn man auf ihn als Wecker vertraut.
