Works great with BTECH GMRS-PRO radio!
This little BTECH PTT button bound without difficulty to my BTECH GMRS-PRO radio - more importantly it stayed bound. I had previously tried the PRYME brand BT PTT but that button would not stay connected and would time out and shut down, after a few minutes of inactivity. This one is going strong and stays connected throughout the day. The wireless button is a great addition to the headset and BTECH GMRS-PRO RAM Mount I sourced on etsy, and makes operating the radio, hands free, an absolute pleasure. One minor issue is the difficulty in opening it up to change the battery, that twist-off cover is on there pretty tight and difficult to grasp - I'm concerned I'll break it, trying to service the battery. Strap is just the right size for its intended purpose (i.e. handle bar mounting) and fits great on the brake toggles of a Paraglider/PPG wing.

Does not connect to popular radio apps.
Button is sleek, compact. However it does NOT work with Zello or Wave. Although when researched, it say that it does. It will connect, and immediately disconnects.

Just what I was looking for
The BS-22 is what I've been looking for. Remote PTT and will work with my Airpods Pro. Easily paired and worked the first time. I was worried about the pair button being the same as the PTT but once paired it worked fine. For those of you who don't like the strap you can replace it with one that will fit around your arm. You can get the velco at Home Depot, Lowes or Walmart. I don't like how hard it is to replace the battery. I tried with just my hand but couldn't get it. I'll try by putting a piece of tape around the unit, so I won't scratch it, and use a pair of pliers. It's nice that they supplied another battery but that just tells me they will be drained fast. Overall I like it.

Device works great! Couple quirks
I use this for a GMRS-PRO. It was quick and easy to connect. It even works most of the time! By that I mean if the radio is on my belt, and I feel like responding and radiating myself, sometimes it doesn’t activate the radio. This is probably due to the grounding water filled being it’s attached to, or the signal is just too weak, since my Bluetooth headset works just fine. With that one exception, I’ve had no issues using it. It comes with a very short Velcro strap. It’s too big to fit on a finger, works across 2 fingers. Too short to work as a bracelet. If I were any normal person I could strap it to my watch and it’d be fine. I tend to wear button up long sleeve shirts, so it’s a little too big for that. The button is decently large, easy to press. A bicycle or steering wheel it’s easy to attach to. I have not had any battery issues yet, but have only had it for a month. Still going strong.

Function fine, built cheaply
The function of this PTT is great and I like the small form factor. The cons, I wish it was usb-c rechargeable and the bezel & threads are hot garbage. It’s very fragile and when you change batteries you should do it under a magnifying glass and be very careful with the crappy plastic threads. Also, it literally feels like the bezel is only grabbing one and half threads. There is no grip on the chrome bezel. Also, expensive for what it is. But yes, it works well with my radio.

So far so good
Paired easily to my bluetooth gmrs radio and seems to work fine. Waterproof raiting seems a bit low for a motorcycle but should be easy to come up with a plastic cover to fully protect it from rain and moisture. Haven't fully tested it with a trip yet but playing with in the living room it works great, no on/off switch though so its always drawing power from the battery

A little frustrating
I have a pair of BTech GMRS Pro radios that I have paired with my Apple AirPods. I wanted a PTT button that allowed me to press and just the microphone from my AirPods. This works somewhat but the button seems a little inconsistent. Not sure if it is the button or the radio but either way, they promote this as a Bluetooth PTT button that will work on these radios. The other thing that I don’t like about this button is the ability to easily attach it to somewhere. They give enough Velcro to out on your finger. That is not a great option and who wants to wear an uncomfortable Velcro strap on their finger. I tried attaching a longer strap and wrapping this around my watch band, worked somewhat but was still a hack that was not optimal. These buttons need to come with a wrist band and a clip to allow for more versatility. The PTT button needs to be more consistent and reliable for activating the radio. Can’t say I recommend these as they will most likely disappoint you.

So simple, yet so effective...
Combined with the zello app, and a pair of bluetooth airbuds and you're all set for point to point PTT communication. 5 Stars.
