It has eased my anxiety but I'm waking up in the middle of the night though and I can never go back over.

Ich spüre körperlich keine große Veränderung zum Magnesiumcarbonat, welches ich vorher genutzt habe. Aber immerhin scheint diesea Produkt ein bisschen besser im Magen verträglich zu sein. Ich kann das Produkt daher empfehlen, vor allen Dingen für Personen die einen etwas empfindlicheren Magen haben.
