I grind my own wheat to bake bread, rolls, and sweets. I love the flavor that the Khorasan Wheat gives my baked goods. It gives a buttery taste and makes my products soft and fluffy. I can tell if I don't add it to the mixture. I have not had a single person who has not liked my baked products and hasn't been surprised at the soft texture that whole wheat can have.

This grain ground up perfectly and works with other grains to make wonderful bread. Thank you.

These wheat berries are always clean. They come in a paper bag as shown and I have not ever had any packages come that were ripped. Khorasan is very good used in bread. Usually I use 30-50 percent kamut with spelt or hard wheat since Khorsan doesn't have a super strong gluten structure.

This is a fantastic product. Excellent quality and taste. I highly recommend this healthy product.

It looks and tastes very good, but the packaging is awful. When i cut it, a lot of small particles fell down on the floor and inside of that bag. Would be the best product if the bag is changed to paper one, for example
