Very bad experience of online purchase No support of after sales service Manufacturing damaged product After 2 months drier tub broken and now there is a leakage in plastic part which is not under warranty They making fool by selling low quality product online and 80% parts are of plastic which is not covered in warranty No solution with customer care

The product was very good but the delivery boy was misbehaving, he was not letting me check the order, he was saying give me OTP first than you can see the product, he was not letting me unbox it, can this happenThe delivery boy said that our company has nothing to do with Amazon, we are private, we cannot get your order checked, you first give us the OTP, then you can check the order, if you do not want to take the order then we will return the order, we will send a replacement, we cannot get it checked, I request Amazon company, please fix this error, your customers are getting spoiled again, we will never order online again

Not bad but expected more washing ability, add turn on/off light to know while machine connects to electric board and need efficiency in washing and drying program. Can also improve the knobs quality and make it easy to use.
