Excellent value for money.
Excellent camera with good picture quality. We use this to monitor our horses and it works as well as a more expensive camera we also have, so well worth the money. Candy in Customer Service was amazingly helpful and I would definitely recommend.

Great product quality and price
The camera is a really good buy. The picture and warning system work better than I expect and so I was pleasantly surprised. The after sales service is even better, nothing is too much trouble and especially Echo who went above and beyond when I had any questions - thank you Echo!

Picture quality .
Home security. The picture quality on play back is quite different.On hd the quality is good but picture tends to stagger movement. On sd playback the movement is better but picture quality is only average.Contacted ctronics about this and they tried to help with settings, but this didnt improve the picture.All in all a decent camera for the price.

Excellent customer service Candy
We have been using CTRONICS for 4 years now, we are very happy with the quality of the cameras, the reliability and the cost. The solar cameras are especially great when power supply is not close by. When needed technical support is easy to access via the app and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Our recent experience with Candy was great.

Brilliant Customer service
I have purchased a Ctronics CT-S20-G-4G CCTV camera, and I have to say the Customer support was fantastic, Eric from customer support at Ctronics sorted my questions out straight away and came back to me with the answers straight away the camera footage is brilliant crystal clear footage but as I say Eric's help was fantastic brilliant customer service.
