Sticks well and works as promised
Works wonders and sticks well, even in bending portions of your body. Chose the ScarAway c-section silicone because of my long scar and works great. Soft, size is on point, hold up well and stick for as long as promised. Best part I notice a difference in my scar color even after a week of use. Will be purchasing again.

Excellent product.
These are made so much better than the clear ones. Heavier and easy to handle and apply. Stay in place well. Wash very nicely. Highly recommend. Have been using daily for about a week and see results. Scar healing nicely.

ScarAway Silicone Sheets
The ScarAway Silicone sheets are wonderful. They were recommended by my surgeon. Their color is skin tone and they are easy to use. They are sticky, they can be cut to suit your need, they are reusable after they are washed (also can be washed with soap) and they protect the scar area. It appears that the scar is getting smaller and not as noticeable . I use the silicone sheets at night while during the day I use silicone gel covered by sun cream to avoid exposure to light/sun (preventing darkening of the scar).

Susie Stamp of Approval?? YES!!
There are a lot of generic scar sheets available and I've tried a large variety of them, but this brand is hands down the most effective that I've found. Upfront, it may cost a bit more than the generic varieties, but the ScarAway sheets are in fact RE-USABLE, so they'll last you a lot longer. Right out of the package they adhere well and stay put until you remove them. Because of the comfort, color + smooth texture, they're easily forgotten when worn. This is a great benefit, because your results will only improve with consistent extended wear. In addition to their effectiveness at erasing scars, these silicone sheets also alleviate dryness and/or itchiness which often accompanies a healing scar.

If don't know how, but they work
After surgery, my long scar wasn't become less red. After a few weeks, I decided to try ScarAway after being recommended by my surgeon's office. I was surprise how well it worked. Takes a few weeks through. You can barely see the scar now.

Great for managing keloid scars.
I'm a 43 year old man so haven't had an cesarian sections lately, but have been using these to cover two extremely annoyingly-placed keloid scars in the middle of my chest. I've had those scars shaved and treated with steroids multiple times, but I use these on a daily basis to 1) keep the scars from growing, and 2) just provide a little padding between my skin and my clothing which keeps the scars from getting irritated. Highly recommended for either purpose. Only minor drawbacks are: 1. Adhesion is just okay. It usually stays on all day as long as you don't sweat, go in the water, or get too active. Otherwise, if I play tennis or golf or work out, these are almost guaranteed to fall off. I usually don't notice its fallen off until i see it laying on the ground. Work around is just to use tape to help it stay on. I like that green medical tape from Walgreens which adheres well and doesn't pull hair out at all. 2. Price is a bit high. Even for a 1%'er that makes plenty of money, it's tough to swallow the cost of these for every day use, especially if you're only using one per day. These can be re-used, and I'll usually go 2-3 days with the same sheet, as long as it hasn't gotten too dirty or fallen off. But I've tried a lot of alternative products and nothing comes close to this. Others tend to be much thinner, and don't give nearly as much (if any) padding benefit. Also perhaps because of that or because of the amount of silicone on these, they seem to also do a better job of managing the scars themselves. I think hands down, if you can afford these, they're easily the best option.

Mixed Experience, Timing Matters
These silicone scar sheets are well made and I like that they’re washable and reusable. That said, if your scar still has scabs, be careful—removing the sheet will peel them right off, and it’s very painful. The jury is still out for me on whether they really make a difference, but they don’t seem to be hurting anything either. I’d suggest using a silicone cream in the early stages of healing and saving these sheets for when the wound is fully closed and scab-free. At that point, they’re much easier (and less painful) to use.
