I always avoid prescription meds when possible & after trying a lot of different products this is a good quality & pretty effective go-to with no stomach issues or other side effects for me. I took one star off because the price is high for the quantity. One bottle lasts a month taking the recommended three capsules a day which works best for me, & notably I haven't so far found a cheaper alternative that works as well. This may be working to alleviate my prostate symptoms but it causes indigestion with or without the gelatin caps.

It results in noticeable improvement. I was surprised the daily dose is 3 capsules, so account for that when you order. I used to get up 2 times a night at least to drain my bladder. Now I can go all night without the urge to urinate. It made a big difference.

The capsules are easy to swallow. Only used for one month so far hopefully after three months I will know more. Nice to have several supplements in one capsule.

Very bad on stomach, might be good for those who rat large fatty meals.
