Sleep with it every night. It's comfortable and fits snugly. I was unsure about the top connection but I'm glad I got it. Well made and stays clean with very little effort.

I recently purchased the ResMed AirFit P30i Frame System as a replacement for my CPAP setup, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! This frame system has taken my CPAP experience to the next level in terms of comfort, functionality, and ease of use. The design is simply fantastic. The top-of-head tube connection offers an incredible amount of freedom of movement throughout the night, which is something I didn’t realize I was missing until I tried this system. I no longer feel restricted or tangled up in tubing, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my ability to sleep comfortably without interruption. The quick-release elbow is another standout feature. It’s incredibly convenient, allowing me to disconnect from the CPAP machine easily without having to remove the entire mask. This is a real game-changer for those middle-of-the-night bathroom breaks or when I need to adjust the mask without fully waking up. The ease of detaching and reattaching without any hassle has definitely improved my sleep quality. The nasal pillows cushion is soft and comfortable, providing optimal nose coverage without causing discomfort or pressure points. The silicone cushion feels secure but gentle, offering a reliable seal that helps me breathe easily throughout the night without leaks or discomfort. Please note that this is just the frame system (including the elbow and nasal pillows cushion), so if you need headgear, you will need to purchase that separately. This wasn’t an issue for me, as I already had headgear from my previous setup. But just be aware if you're looking for a complete system. All in all, the ResMed AirFit P30i Frame System is an excellent choice for anyone looking to enhance their CPAP experience. The comfort, easy-to-use design, and freedom of movement it offers have made a significant improvement to my nightly routine. I really like this product. I have an Resmed Airsense 11 and I started off with the full-face mask as I was told that I needed if I tend to breathe through my mouth at night which I do when I lay on my side most of the time. Talking to some other family and friends that are on CPAPs they said they have this product, the nasal only, and they also breathe through the mouth while sleeping. I opted to just buy this from amazon instead of going through them/insurance as I wasn't sure if I was going to like it. I have tried it one night and I am impressed with how much freer this nasal mask feels over the full face. I was waking up in the middle of the night with the sides of my nose and mouth kind of irritated and my face feeling warm being stuck in the mask while breathing through the mouth. I spent my night on the nasal only and I woke up much less irritated in my face and didnt feel hot or uncomfortable. The only thing I will say is it will be interesting getting used to as this blows a steady stream on air into your nasal passage so if you do end up breathing with the mouth while this is on it has a weird feeling/sensation when breathing out. It should be something I can get over/get used to and I will come back and update my review if I cant seem to be able to get used to it but for now I think this is a much better product and it made me sleep soundly through the night without waking up wanting to throw my mask off after 3-4 hours.

Only CPAP mask I've used that actually stays on my head (as long as you attach the headband). Fits the N30i or P30i nasal pieces. Comfortable enough for a night's sleep. It will yellow over the course of 3 months with weekly cleanings.

Fit very well. Very low price, great value. Would have cost me 3 times the price through a medical supply store. Would recommend.

I like this nasal mask, however, it is advisable to get hook and pole device to keep the hose above your head.
