Amazing for backup / reverse lights.
No flickering, lifespan of 1.5+ years, perfect plug and play option, super easy to install, decent color recreation index “CRI”, *EXTREMELY BRIGHT*, good compatibility with any 951 socket. This includes 168, T10, 5W5 bulb bases. If the girth of the light will fit this light will fit those bulb as replacement too. This is the perfect option for backup lights and a backup cam. At night you will be able to see anything behind you. This increases safety of yourself and the others around you. They should not throw CANBUS or bulb out warnings either as a drop in replacement for backup lights. The cost may be steep. But it’s cheaper than running over a bike or bumping into something you couldn’t see. Or another driver not knowing you were actually backing up because your incandescent lights are dim. Would be extremely bright for a 951 replacement on an interior light. Since they share the same socket design.

Can't go wrong with Philips... nice, bright white light for Subaru BRZ reverse lights
I got this 2 pack to use in the reverse lights of my 2023 Subaru BRZ. This bulb is a perfect fit and provides a lot more bright, white light compared to the stock incandescent bulb (see photos, although sometimes it’s hard to tell in photos). These bulbs don’t have polarity so you can put them in either way and they’ll work. I’ve used Philips bulbs for years and they tend to last much longer and work more consistently than the no name off-brands that you can find much cheaper. Philips is worth the higher price for something you don’t have to replace very often.

The color and light distribution is great on a 2018 Honda Accord
Kinda bummed that Philips discontinued the original 921 backup LED lights. I had the original on another car and they are bright. Replace the 921 reverse lights on my new car with these LEDs. The color and light distribution is great on a 2018 Honda Accord. I didn't compare the brightness with the original halogen. They seems to be bright enough for regular use.

Exact fit in 2018 Honda Civic LX sedan, much brighter than original.
Exact replacement fit in 2018 Honda Civic LX sedan, much brighter than original, known brand. Easy to install. Hardest part was popping out the 2 pins that hold the edge of the light unit on the car. YouTube videos to the rescue. Super easy installation. Recommend.

Well made. Work great.
Super happy with these bulbs. I have an 07 Toyota FJ Cruiser. The mirrors use a 194 but I wanted them a little brighter. FYI the Philips LED 921 will fit too and as you can see, they look great. You'll see from the pictures the LED 194 for the plate light works great too. FYI I did the research before buying and the wattage from the LED921 is safe to use. (Incandescent 194= 3.8 watts, the LED 194= 2.1 watts, and LED 921= 2.5watts) Just incase you guys don't know, these bulbs are polarity sensitive. If they don't light up remove the bulb, turn 180degs and reinsert.

WICKED bright!
Not sure what the negative reviews are about. Maybe an older version? But I just swapped these into my 2012 Subaru Impreza hatchback for backup lights. Maybe it's just the reflector design my car has but these are plenty bright for reversing. And frankly you don't need to see 50 feet behind you to back up.

Decent product
They fit but needed a bit of pressure to place them in the sockets. I have a Hyundai Elantra 2017, and honestly the lights look better but are not any brighter then the stock.
