I ordered a set of these lights as they had good reviews and when they arrived I though "Is there anything in the box".. They are very easy to install and as you can see from the image, I attached mine to a piller with slabs beneath them. Also A great advantage of these lights is the changing the bulbs and cleaning as my last pair was a nightmare. All you have to do with this set to change the bulbs is just screw of the top half. I also ordered a Cool White E27 pair of LED`s for them and they look great. Overall very pleased so far...

When I opened these post lights I initially thought the white plastic looked really cheap and was disappointed as I was replacing some more elegant but broken post lights however comparing with other pictures on amazon I decided to install them anyway and in the end they didn’t shout cheap once in the garden. The posts were same size as my originals and I was able to reuse the two holes to fix to them to the ground. I like that I can replace the bulbs. I chose led warm ones which look good. The only thing I would say is my cable diameter is too big to fit through the grommet which I didn’t want to discard in order to keep the electrics dry and the cable holder fixing is in the box whereas for my old ones it was on the box lid Ie before going in the grommet. I forgot to photo the lid but it extends out further than the box to keep the box high in the tube. The metal isn’t stainless steel so I expect it will rust at some time but neither are the alternatives and for £13.99 I think it’s great value. In the end very happy.

good light but not heavy duty

Had an electrician doing some work so got them to install these - they said there was nor problem with them Bulbs used with these lights - Sauglae LED Corn Bulbs, E27 Edison Screw, 12W, 1200Lm, 6000K Daylight White - nice and bright. Getting lots of compliments about these lights so delighted with them

These look much better than the price suggests. The metal is quite light, so I'll have to be careful not to bash them with my lawnmower. Standard LED bulbs are a tight squeeze.

We were looking for 6 outdoor lights to illuminate our recently installed garden decking. Fluorescent lighting was the obvious choice to give adequate illumination yet reasonable running costs. Previously having had fitted steel lamps which quickly rusted I was determined to get a good grade stainless steel unit. These Ranex lights ticked all the boxes in my requirement list. Good weather sealing on the opaque shade, robust base and easily connected. As a qualified electrician I can say the electrical connection is quite well thought out and does conform to current regulations for damp/wet conditions. We fitted 11watt fluorescent lights and they give beautiful lighting to the decking area. Well made and showing no sign of rusting after months of heavy rain!

I have had two similar products in the from of the house for a few years now and I have no water ingress problems at all. This time I used a small e27 golf ball led bulb which does not "fill" the white area very well, a bigger bulb will be give more even light. But it does the job and light up part of the garden nicely and the design will avoid have water ingress issues of the system it replaced of 20x Gu10 ground light.... indeed only 10 of these and for much better light output.

Would have got five stars except that these two were additional to an earlier order which cost considerably less. And all units require a seperate junction box as they are not multi-link devices as one would expect from post lights. I fully expected them (being mains 220v) to be installed by a qualifiied electrian, what I did not expect was the have to buy addational parts and pay to have them fitted.

I lampioncini fanno una bella figura e sembrano anche di livello superiore. Tutto sommato ottimi per il prezzo pagato. Sembrano anche sufficientemente robusti per durare nel tempo. Intelligente la morsettiera che rimane sollevata da terra per evitare problemi di infiltrazione acqua. Ne ho acquistati 6 in estate ed ora altri 6 per completare il viale di ingresso. Consigliati.

WIr haben uns 6 von den Lampen in den Garten gestellt und in Reihe geschaltet. Da zu haben wir günstige LEDs (Astek X11 Highpower LED Lampe, E27 Birne 3Watt) gekauft. Die Lampen sind sehr schön und leuchten nun unsere Terrasse sehr schön aus. Schwierigkeit war eigentlich nur, einen Sockel für die Lampen zu erstellen, um sie festzuschrauben. Gelöst haben wir das mit kleinen Pflanzsteinen, die wir mit Zement ausgegossen haben, 2 Schläuche als Leerrohre für die Zu. und Ableitung der Kabel und Dübel direkt mit rein. Da das Erdkabel zu dick für die mitgelieferte Anschlussbox war, haben wir im Baumarkt neue gekauft und auch die größeren Lüsterklemmen benutzt. Insgesamt eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

Ci sono tasselli e viti per il fissaggio ,con lampade 13watt LED 3000k fa una bellissima luce . Una cosa negativa :e' predisposto per l' entrata di 1 solo cavo , per 2 cavi bisogna adattarlo .Facile cambiare lla lampadina. L attacco 220 v sta in alto sicuro dall acqua. 16 euro ottimo prezzo. Consigliato

Il lampioncino si presenta molto bene, esteticamente è molto bello. La qualità e lo spessore dell'acciaio mi hanno un pochino deluso, è un po troppo sottile. D'altra parte per quello che costa credo non si possa pretendere di meglio. Per quanto riguarda l'isolamento dei collegamenti elettrici hanno adottato una soluzione semplice ed efficace una scatoletta di derivazione posizionata al''interno del tubo, distanziata da terra, in pratica la base poggia a terra mantenendo la scatola a misura di sicurezza. Ne ho preso 1 per provarlo, e nonostante la leggerezza del materiale il lampione fa un bell'effetto, ha una buona tenuta ermetica e con la giusta lampadina fa una bella luce. Ne comprerò altri per terminare il perimetro del giardino.

Luce da esterno dalla linea semplice e minimale. In acciaio inossidabile, resiste senza problemi agli agenti atmosferici. Il montaggio è piuttosto facile e il risultato ottimo. È discreto, le sue dimensioni contenute e il design lineare lo rendono perfetto per chi non vuole nulla di eccessivo ma ricerca la comodità di un punto luce in giardino/cortile. Noi a casa lo abbiamo collegato ad un temporizzatore e si accende in automatico la sera alle 22.00. La Quantità di luce dipende dalla lampadina utilizzata ma ammetto che nel suo piccolo fa un grande effetto. N.B. Non si tratta di lici che si ricaricano ad energia solare, richiede di essere collegato ad una fonte di energia elettrica.
