After building the chair and using for the first time it seemed to be broken. The reclining feature was working on its own so clients would slowly be falling back in the chair. After sending a video showing the broken recliner they are sending me a new chair!

Ordered this chair for my dental office. Pediatric/Orthodontic practice. We use salon chairs in our dedicated x ray rooms for the pediatric department and in our records room for the orthodontic department. We have purchased this chair in the past (March 2023) for our orthodontic department and like its function and size. One of our older salon chairs (not this one) was no longer working properly. We opted to buy this chair again because we had experience with in from our March 2023 purchase and were please with its performance. When the new chair arrived, I assembled it and found it had been damaged in shipping (specifically the left side armrest plastic was broken/cracked and sharp. Also he metal piping was bent inwards on the same side narrowing the seating space). The chair was otherwise functional. I contacted the seller requesting the armrest assembly (plastic and metal) be replaced to avoid repacking and the return process. Replacement parts were not available from the manufacturer. Instead the seller opted to send a replacement chair all together. The inconvenience was manageable thankfully because of the prompt communication and resolve to our issue. I will be purchasing with this seller again if our other older chairs need replacing. Cost effective, proper function for our needs and great customer service! SIDE NOTE: Our little kids try to use the foot rest as a step to get into the chair and/or a jumping platform to get out of the chair (despite being well monitored and holding their hand to get in and out of the chair). In the past with other chairs (same brand, different seller and different style chair) I have discovered that over time the weight applied to the footrest will loosen the base bolts causing the chair to wobble. Then the kiddos want to wobble in the chair for fun. A little thread loc and tightening base bolds form time to time managed this issue with other chairs in the past. However, for safety purposes and to extend the life of this chair, I opted to leave the footrest off of the chair in our pediatric department. The older kids in our orthodontic department tend to follow directions better and sit in the chair, then rest their feet rather than use the foot rest as a step to get in and out of the chair. The foot rest is definitely intended for RESTING FEET and NOT A STEP for getting into the chair.

I have been trying to get ahold of someone in customer service since July 31st today is 9/5/24. I purchased this for PMU ( tattoo) In which I need the chair to recline like the description states, I attached both pictures as proof which I also sent the seller, the first picture is the chair straight up and the second picture where it is “reclined” this item is defective! It does not recline like the description states. I contacted Amazon in which they sent me to talk to the seller, I explained the seller the issue in which I also explained I am at high risk pregnancy and had someone built it for me and I am unable to unbuild it or lift heavy , I had asked if I can send it built or any other resolution and all I’m getting is they can give me a $20 refund when I paid almost $200 for it. The seller is not taking responsibility for this item being defective and because of the estate that I am in I am going to get stuck with this defective item and the seller is not taking responsibility for their defective items. I have not received a response and I am waiting and can’t start my business until I buy another chair. I don’t need this stress and these people are sure not helping
