If you want home automation then you need Shelly. I have dozens of their devices around my home and they are solid and reliable unlike some of their competitors. I've had them several years and not a single failure. These particular ones allow you to control two outputs and two inputs on a very small device that can fit behind a light switch. The only thing to note is that you need a constant live and neutral wire which isn't always available in older UK light installations. They connect easily to Alexa / Google or Home Assistant.

Aside from maybe running warm, it can be connected to WiFi and home assistant without an app or cloud account, works as a.ble proxy for the shelly pir sensors. If only other smarthome kit could be so readily setup.

No problems so far, been fitted a few weeks and the only downside I can see is that you don't know when the door is fully open or closed, unless you have a camera trained into it.

Always been a big fan of the Shelly products and they’re really introducing some very impressive items to the market. As an electrician I regularly use these to retrofit to existing electric garage door controllers to give customers WiFi control. Customers are always impressed and love that they don’t have to keep their garage remote fob with them at all times. The Wifi connectivity always surprises me at how well it picks up signal even when you think it won’t. Plenty of features and the size is impressive. If I could give the Shelly items 10 stars I would, they’re worth every penny. Fantastic products !

I wanted to replace the control unit for my curtains, which was an old wi-fi Zemismart, and separate RF control via Broadlink, I bought this to keep all control within my home and remove cloud. Really easy to install and put in cover settings (only one output can be active at any one time). Super easy to add to home assistant, and was able to use a standard single pole on-off switch in “on state change” mode to control open close and stop.

Creo que para usarlo dentro de una chalupa, tendría que ser la cuadrada y no la rectangular. Es muy fácil de conectar, muy fácil de programar. La aplicación es muy útil, te presenta el consumo del dispositivo que tienes conectado. Lo puedes usar autónomo, o conectado al switch. Está genial que tiene contactos "secos" o sea que puedes usar diferentes voltajes para controlar y activar.

Heb ze gebruikt om verlichting op meerdere plaatsen aan- en uit te schakelen middels pulsdrukkers. Zijn compact en passen daardoor netjes achter een schakelaar (in een 50mm inbouwdoos). Eenvoudig te programmeren en veel functies via de Shelly-app.

Der Shelly Plus 2PM überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Die Installation ist super leicht und auch die Einbindung ins heimische WLAN funktioniert problemlos. Die Kopplung mit Home Assistant und Alexa ist ganz einfach und schnell erledigt. Besonders positiv fällt die sehr schnelle Reaktionszeit auf – Schaltbefehle werden ohne Verzögerung umgesetzt. Einbau erfordert allerdings Kenntnisse in der Elektrotechnik und sollte nicht durch Laien erfolgen. Ein leistungsstarkes und zuverlässiges Smart-Relais mit zwei Kanälen, ideal für die Hausautomatisierung. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
