I sleep better, and more relaxed

I was skeptical at first as well but I have been using this for almost two weeks, 1 pill before bedtime. I also drink sleep herbal tea as well prior to bedtime. For me the combo really works! I have a hard time falling asleep - thats my biggest issue. So with this combo I do above I have not had any issues falling right to sleep and staying asleep all night. Like others have reported, I do not have that groggy feeling at all when I wake in the morning. I had tried a couple of prescription and melatonin and both left me groggy in the mornings. Thanks NOW for this combo of sleep and relaxation ingredients...I had been looking for natural sleep ingredients without melatonin and this combo works wonderful for me! Don't change it!

I have sleep issues and I have been using this product for many years. Regarding the taste it is a capsule so you can't taste anything but they do smell kind of yucky. They do work. They do calm me down and they do help me sleep that trumps any cons. It's not cheap but It's worth a try. There are many other more expensive products that don't work as well. I've tried a lot of them. And if you are a caffeine Drinker and that's why you're up at night nothing's going to change that. You have to stop drinking caffeine so close to bed time.

Inexpensive, and definitely helps me sleep, but I am a groggy, brain fogged mess the next day if I take 2 as directed. I switched to this after my longtime favorite (ZzzQ) was discontinued. I’m switching again to a pure valerian root to see if it is the added GABA which is causing the extra grogginess as compared to my old supplement. For the price, I wish this would have worked out.

I used to wake up 5-6 times a night. It would be hard for me to concentrate the following day and my energy would be very low. Always tired. Always trying to keep myself moving between the time i got home and the time I went to the gym. Since taking these (2 pills @ night) i sleep the entire night and i have energy and can fully focus the next day. I've tried taking 1 pill and for me its hit or miss on how many times i'll wake up. These do not make me drowsy when taking them nor the next day. They don't have a taste. They do smell tho. They don't make me belch or anything. Basically I don't have any sides from these. These have been great for me.

Sadly has a horrible smell that stays with you. Did not at all ease, relax or help support sleep. A huge pill. Terrible product. Disappointing. Probably no refund since it has been open. Oh well.

These sleep supplements really do a great job of helping me wind down and fall asleep naturally. Going through perimenopause, my sleep is not the best and it used to take me forever to fall asleep and then I would only stay asleep for four hours max. Since taking these, along with my magnesium before bed, I fall asleep and stay asleep for 7 to 8 hrs now. I can't be without them.

This works wonders. After decades of not sleeping I am now sleeping at least 7 1/2 hours a night

This product is amazing helps you get quality sleep Helps shutdown your brain and wake up refreshed Only warning is some might experience night tremors sometimes when first using this but they pass after a while of using it
