I brought this product because as a vegetarian B12 is an issue and the NHS is unreliable when it comes to prevention of illness. It’s difficult to rate such a thing without regularly testing B12 levels but I believe it as my best option right now.

Really interested in B12 and the positive health effects. Have taken sublingual B12 for 2 years now mainly for the energy boost and thought I would try the patch. Felt the effects after putting on in the afternoon, sleeping with it and waking up full of energy. This patch has other vitamins to work with it. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the adhesiveness is a little weak and the first one fell off.

I've been using these for over a year now and they are effective as my B12 has gone up. I suffer from CFS so anything that gives a little extra energy is worth using. I have never had a problem with them sticking even in the bath. I suppose it depends how oily your skin is. I stick mine on my stomach.

I have been prescribed Vit B12 injections from my doctor and really felt a difference after 3 months and could also see the difference in my hair, especially my eyebrows which usually are close to nonexistant. Unfortunately I find the injections very painful which is why I decided to try the Vie Patch. I bought 6 months supply of the Vie Patch to really feel the benefit. Unfortunately, I felt no benefit whatsoever, no extra hair on my eyebrows and in the first packet I opened only 2 of the patches stayed on. I wouldn't recommend these and consider them a complete waste of money and time. My advice is to go to your doctor for a course of B12/B6 injections for a proper boost, other than that tablets from a reputable vitamin company.
