Product is good. Providing 5 star for their service. Base of my chair broke after 10 months and they sent me new base with no much efforts. Good after service.

I bought it in August 2024 and now I am buying a new one from outside. In less than 1.5 years the wood at the bottom broke. The alignment is worst now. For the amount I paid I expected much better quality.

I recently purchased an office chair, and overall, my experience has been positive. Good chair

Just installed it, some plastic coverings were broken, the back is supported by only one support unlike the 2 shown in pics, overall finishing is lame the plastic looks shabby and the silver plastic covers makes it looks even more gross and it comes out....but functionally speaking, the metal base looks solid, back rest and cushion works. Overall functionally good but if you're also looking for something looks clean and neat . It's not for you

Poor product quality and very disappointing after-sales support. The chair broke under normal usage, but the warranty claim was rejected as “wear and tear” without proper resolution. Expected better durability and customer service from CELLBELL and the purchase experience through Amazon.

What you would expect, but assembly is weird

I had returned the item because the quality was so bad and the seller still refusing to refund the money. Also no response at all

This chair is made of poor-quality plastic. It doesn’t have much finesse, and I don’t think it will last very long. I removed the armrests because it wouldn’t fit under the desk. The appearance also really isn’t nice. But for this price range of 150 dirhams, it’s not bad. If you temporarily need a chair until you’re ready to spend more money, then this one is okay.

I’ve been using this chair for just under a month, and unfortunately the quality hasn’t held up. The seat foam has already flattened and become uncomfortable, and the back support isn’t working properly anymore. I was expecting better durability for a new chair. I’m hoping the seller can look into this because the product may have a defect. I’d appreciate any help in resolving this issue.
