Cleats ok
The back of the cleat is flat not raised for the screw which meant they didn't fit my superrep shoes. Just used the top part instead so wasted my money as these are cheaper on their own

Work fine and easier than the single direction ones
However, having said that, they also have more float than you get with the single direction ones.

Works great!
I needed it for indoor cycle shoes at the club. Many at the club had got non-branded and had loads of problems. So I got the original Shimano SM-SH56 that clip on both directions. Was a great decision and have zero troubles. I've given up ordering non-branded stuff. Almost half the stuff I did, I ended up returning. My tip: READ reviews and check in great detail the dimensions. I didn't, now I do. And if you do get stuff that's not good, please let other future purchasers know your pains.
