Very good product, i was sceptical after reading some reviews about wifi disconnection and sd card access issues. Following are a few points to note. 1) This camera works only with normal (2.4ghz) broadband. if you have 5g kind of broadband. You won't be able to even complete the setup. It clearly mentions that no support for 5g internet. 2) i have used the sd card and it automatically detects it. (Be sure to format it before use, using the ezykam app itself) I am attaching a video for reference, video clarity is great, night vision is super clear. And camera rotation is super smooth. Just go for it!!!!

At this price range, the camera is acceptable and does the job well. However, I had mixed experiences with the two storage options: 1. SD Card Storage Loop recording is not supported. Once the SD card is full, the camera starts malfunctioning (keeps restarting, lagging, etc.). You need to format the SD card manually at regular intervals (preferably when storage reaches 50–60%). In my case, the first CP Plus SD card got corrupted within 10–12 days. Fortunately, it was replaced under warranty. The replacement worked, but again the same issue appeared once the card was full. After removing the SD card, the camera worked fine without problems. 2. Cloud Storage Much smoother and more reliable compared to SD card. Records only event-based footage (motion detection), not continuous recording. Slightly costly, but during my 6-month subscription I didn’t face a single issue. Final Note Currently, I’m using the SD card again with weekly manual formatting to avoid corruption. Need to see how it performs in the long run. If you don’t want the hassle, I’d suggest going for cloud storage despite the extra cost—it’s much more stable.

DOESN'T CONNECT TO THE WIFI OF 2.5ghz band Reviewed in India on 11th December 2025 Style Name: CP-E35A I am extremely disappointed with this CP Plus security camera. Even after already facing a similar issue with another brand, I decided to try this product hoping it would work better. Unfortunately, I experienced the same problem again. The camera simply does not connect to my 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, no matter how many times I try. I followed every step suggested in the manual and app, reset the device several times, and adjusted my router settings, but nothing helped. A product designed for security should at least connect smoothly, and when this most basic step fails repeatedly, it becomes completely unusable. This entire process has wasted a lot of time and caused unnecessary stress. I expected a reliable device and an easy setup, but instead faced repeated failure and disappointment, especially after already trying another brand. The instructions are unclear, and the product does not perform as advertised. I bought this camera for home security, but it never worked from the beginning, making it impossible to trust. Overall, I regret purchasing this product. I request Amazon to take action and support a refund or return. I hope this review helps others before buying.

Has lasted almost a year now with no issues. The app is easy to use. Video quality is good. Works well. Motion detection and auto record is useful. Easy to use the app to point in the right direction

I ordered 2 of these that's how good they were.... as per me I tried other outdoor camera's of cp plus too but asper me this is the best one. Easy to connect and the quality and set up is very easy if youre looking for a good 360 view and wide this is the best.

I have bought 2 of them for my home to monitor my kids. The video quality is too good and the setup is very easy. But the product needs lot of improvements which I am listing out below. 1. The tilt option is not that great and you can't focus the floor and door at the same time if it is installed above 5 feet high. 2. The 2 way talk option is just for name sake. The speaker quality is one of the worst one could imagine. You literally need to keep your ears in the camera to hear what the other one speaks. 3. Sound notifications and motion notifications are annoying which made me to disable them. Sound of crows and dogs far from home are detected (which happens all the time) and sends notifications. Similarly screen movements are sent as motion detection notifications. Detection of Human voice and motion alone could have been helpful and solved the real need. 4. Onvif never works. It asks for Password reset but if I select that nothing happens but freezing. 5. Smart controls seems not working. I have scheduled things for eg. Switch on the recording when it is 8am. But it never started to record. 6. Also there is no option to automate recording like Stop recording from Night 8 to Morning 8 every day. 7. Option to view in PC is too naive. If I wanted to view the feeds from office (or other phone restricted place), I can't do that as I need to scan the QR shown by the webpage through the mobile app. Even then it hardly works/opens.
