It's a great size for people who drink a small quantity, but I was a little bummed that it only fits 8 oz to the brim: there is almost no space to add milk if I use the 8 oz setting on a Keurig, and because of the limited size, there is a chance of tea/coffee leaking when you snap the lid on. I'd probably go with the 12 oz version just to have a little leeway for milk/cream and to reduce the chance of spilling. Otherwise, such a great quality cup, and you can't discount the fact that it's microwave and dishwasher safe!
