Simple and effective, good quality material is rigid and does not become soft when placed on the flash

Very basic and inexpensive diffuser. Sits well on flashgun. Used in a Macro setting, and early results are good and I believe that when camera and flash gun settings are fine tuned this diffuser will work perfectly well.

I shot a friend's wedding for the first time a few years ago and I needed to be able to fit all of my equipment in a backpack, as the venue was small and I didn't have the means to keep resetting lighting throughout the day. This reflector is double-sided, giving you a nice soft white bounce, as well as a harsher, more powerful bounce on the metallic side. It fits around almost any speedlight using its elastic strap, and it sits completely flat in one of the zip pockets of my camera bag without taking up any space at all. If you're doing a shoot with major limitations, or you just fancy having a reflector always to hand, then this is a great reflector in its own right. Coupled with the fact that it's only a fiver, you really cannot go wrong.

I have spent a lot of money over the years on flash diffusers and modifiers, and this one is clearly so much better than any I have had previously. I use it on a Meike MK320 flash, which is quite small, and it attaches fairly well, but it would be better if the elastic went down lower, ie nearer to the bottom of the diffuser. I have stuck some Velcro onto my flash, and some onto the diffuser to hold it firmly, but this is not essential. The diffuser has a silver side, which I haven't used, and a bright white side. One reviewer said his white side was off white, mine certainly isn't off white, it is brilliant white, and gives an excellent diffuse light onto my subject. Regardless of the price, it is a 'no brainer' as they say! Highly recommended.

Simple gadget to fix to your flashgun when you want to concentrate the light. It's lightweight and folds flat so takes up no space in the bag. Hope to put it through it's paces over the coming weeks.

Great quality colour, bounce flash.

Please see the photo I have supplied. I took this photo on top of a standard pop-up photography reflector, which you can clearly see is a clean white. The colour of the item being sold here on Amazon is described by the seller as "Pure White" on one side. You can clearly see that it is more of an "off-white" at best. The way the item has been photographed gives the impression that it is coated silver on one side and white on the other. It looks just like a miniature 2-in-1 reflector. In fact, the "white" is simply a piece of quite flimsy cardboard. I also included a closeup of the cardboard surface here. Since it's normal card, I think I will have to put tape across this side to make it able to withstand the odd spot of rain but I can honestly say I am very annoyed at the way this product has been portrayed in the listing.
