Does it contain alcohol

From what I can see, it doesn't. It contains Hyaluronic acid, which should be the main component that promotes healing in this gel. The ingredient list is very limited, whether it's because that's all it contains, or because they haven't written it all down, I don't know. But it doesn't feel like it's got alcohol (much/at all) when in the mouth.

Unable to establish expiry date of items being despatched.

The date of expiry is on the box and is also on the end of the tube where it is flat, the other end is the opening of dispatch, this product was recommended by our hygienist after experiencing painful ulcers, beats all other products by the results. Hope this helps

It doesn’t seem to have any flavour. Just slightly sweet. There maybe a mere hint of mint, but nothing like toothpaste.
