The item was defective. Do not buy. We were making this for my class and the sugar did not work. It is not my maker because my daughter and I used her sugar the day before and it worked just fine. I ordered this sugar for my classroom, so I wouldn't use hers. My students were very disappointed. And you can't return.

Firstly the straw for the can is too big for my liking as it regards to taste the purple one is too bitter
