Works well very easy to use and helps clean out sinuses.

This takes a little bit of time to get used too and practice with. When you get the hang of it, it feels great. I have been a user of nose sprays to keep my nose clear I have since quit and feel like I can breath again with the help of this keeping everything clear and healthy.

Best unit for my sinuses, its kind of aggressive but sometimes that's what is needed. Make sure to ALWAYS use DISTILLED water.

This thing works great once you get the hang of it. Easy peezy. Would be five stars if not for the use of product specific solution pods you have to buy. There are adapters for this out there however r that work great.

This is one of the grossest and also most useful things we own. My husband is a member of the allergic to the outdoors club, and uses this every time he mows the yard or is outside for a while. What before would ruin his next day or two has become bearable, and that alone makes it worth every penny.

Bought this to help with my sinuses...it's so dry this time of year. Easy to use...and it's helped with my dry sinuses and snoring. There's a huge difference in my snoring when I don't use this gadget. I love it. It is a bit bulky to travel with so will have to see how that goes (I did get the travel case). You need distilled water to use so that's something to consider as well but I'm super happy with this purchase.
