So far this has been a miracle in a bottle, I caught a stomach bug, everything from imodium, to probiotics and eating toast and drinking water wasn't doing anything, it's been over a week and nothing was changing, I've been taking this for just a day, and it soothed the stomach ache in the first day, I was able to fart again without blasting the inside of my pants, and today I'm finally somewhere resembling normal again, fingers crossed it keeps up, but so far it's doing exactly what it's supposed to, the taste is a bit grim but just wash it down with water and it's fine, if anything changes I will update my review but so far this has worked when nothing else was

Good product great if you have Ibs, but prob best if you start it when you can stay in the house for the first few days as it does mess up your system, my gran and I have used this product for a while now and is working well, we have different symptoms but works for us both. It doesn't taste that bad either. Sometimes I only use it twice a day depending on if I'm in a flare up or not. I'm also on a lot of different meds and doesn't cause any problems with them if anything helps get rid of any toxins. Just bare in mind that it may take a few days to a week to even things out.

Firstly, I should qualify my review by stating that I have suffered from diagnosed IBS for 6 years. 6 years of trying various diets and remedies and with little or no relief. Now then, it is also important to highlight that all IBS cases are different, and what might work as a remedy for one person, will only make someone else feel worse or, at best, no different. Having said all that, I have had very good results from using this product (currently on day 4) and my severe condition has been greatly improved. I have suffered severe and acute IBS-D with very sharp and unpleasant stomach pains, sudden and desperate need for the toilet and all the accompanying misery that goes with that, for several years. In just four days my symptoms have rapidly declined. I am comfortable after eating, I have had only minimal stomach discomfort and there has (so far) been no 'emergencies'. I have found that two doses per day are probably best for me as I was in danger of developing IBS-C instead! I would certainly recommended anyone with IBS-D to give this gel a try. It's a first class product, if a little pricey, and has improved my condition immensely. Tastes awful BUT it really does work wonders. I always have some in my cupboard for when I have an ibs flair up
