The Land Before Time 1-3 [DVD]

In a moment of nostalgia I thought I'd treat myself to this collection. I absolutely loved this as a child and can't believe how much image quality has improved since then but nevertheless this is fantastic. A real childhood classic and something children will love. I really enjoyed watching again purely and it was great to see what I'd missed the first time around. Definitely worth giving this a go if you haven't before - especially as a gift for small children as it's entirely lovable. I would consider it loosely educational based on the fact that dinosaur extinction is briefly covered and migration of animals is also seen quite a lot. Obviously parts aren't entirely realistic but they don't need to be in my opinion. Really enjoyable and fun for the family. If you've seen it before it's lovely to watch again.

So very pleasedwith this purchase I had been looking for land before time dvds for my 3 year old daughter as my 10 year old son had. videos of them when he was 3. These were a fantastic deal and she loves them, even her brother has watched them with her. So thanks very much for a fab deal, dvds are not cheap these days and with the economic climate as it is we need more chances like this - great products at great prices with great customer service too ;-)

Ive loved the Land Before Time since I was a chld (many moons ago) Bought this 3 dvd set for my son who loves dinosaurs and he cant get enough of it Its suprisingly grown up-the first dvd deals with the death of Littlefoots mother. But its very well written and so touching a story If anyone hasnt seen it, please buy it. Its a classic.

Clearly there is a reduction in quality after the first movie as the sequels were straight to video. A small consideration for those with young children is that the T-Rex's (sharp teeth) are scary by comparison. This is softened in later sequels. Great product. Would have awarded another star if amazon paid it's taxes.

It was not explained when I purchased dvd that it would not play in my region until i opened and try to play the disc. And I was unable to return item due to the shrink wrap being removed so now I have three movies I can't watch and I lost money

Film qui a bercé mon enfance introuvable en streaming! je ne regrette pas ma commande, le dvd est impeccable avec les 3 premiers films dans le même coffret! Ce dessin animé ne vieillit pas!

When I tried to put the discs in the DVD player, they would say "error" on the screen. Very disappointed.

Works great when you change the region on your DVD player.

I am not very happy with the DVD set I got, went to play it for my son. DVDs won't play in my DVD player. Would like to know who to talk to about this.
