This is a great product. It helps clean your bowels, but only take the recommended dosage or you will end up with diarrhea. 👍

As a picky eater, I was worried that I couldn’t tolerate it, but it has an acceptable taste.

It's good for you but not a very good taste. Just have to eat or drink something right after taking the aloe Vera juice

De verdad que me hace sentir mejor , me lo indicó una Doctora y siempre acudo a él para mejorar mi sistema digestivo. El sabor es amargo no creo que le guste a muchas personas así que lo ideal es combinarlo con liquido qué disimule el sabor yo agrego 2 Oz a mis jugos verdes, pero ya para mi es un gusto adquirido así que también lo tomo en mi agua de vez en cuando.
