These were exactly what I was after! I didnāt get any fat residue left in my mouth. They are tough which is what I was looking for and the chilli wasnāt overpowering which was nice as i could still taste the beef jerky.

awful disgusting fatty cut of beef.
this is disgusting. I'm a biltong lover and usually use biltong emporium but thought I'd try amazon as it comes faster. It's fatty, not dry and has a weird taste. Got through 1 stick and binned the rest. Wouldn't even give them to a dog. awful cut of beef and felt like I was chewing fatty beef with a weird taste. Not biltong at all. don't waste your money. I want a refund.

Flavour is absolutely great.
The flavour is amazing, it tastes exactly what you picture it tasting like in your head. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because itās a bit chewy.
