Impressive game changer
Was having really awful sleep waking up numerous times during night. Was told menopausal. Someone mentioned magnesium and oh my word is it a game changer. Not only better sleep but quality sleep that can’t say I have had in years. Brilliant. I only take one per evening after my meal, as 2 gave me a headache and a hangover feeling next day.
