Tower Four Buffet Server and Plate Warmer with 2 x 2.4 and 2 x 1.2 Litre Trays Capacity, 300 W, Stainless Steel

I purchased 2 of these for Christmas Dinner. I have used a hostess trolley which was a wedding present over 44 years ago (which still works perfectly). However i found while this hostess trolley was amazing, once food is placed on the table it cools down. I wanted to keep the food hot on the table. It works very well. Only thing is when serving roast potatoes keep the lid off because they soon become steamed, same issue as the hostess trolley. You can only use the warmer for maximum of 4 hours, but I found that long enough to place on table and keep food hot throughout the meal. I chose this make because the plastic lids can be replaced if they get broken. Very pleased with warmers for the price. Makes it easy for the hostess.

I ordered one of these and a Kingavon one on Amazon. The Tower one was much better quality and got much hotter than the Kingavon one. I returned the Kingavon one and bought a second Tower one. The two of them were more than enough to keep Christmas lunch for 12 warm (excluding the turkey). I have since used one as a hot plate with serving dished for a dinner party. Having read other reviews, I have only handwashed them and the lids have been fine and have not cracked. The frame that supports the supplied dishes is a little sharp in few places, but I haven’t found this to be an issue.

Absolutely brilliant. Great when we have friends over for a meal. I can have most of the food cooked when they arrive so I spend time with them rather than being in the kitchen. Downside don't leave it on maximum as it gets very hot and food can burn and dry out

The plastic lids can't be used while on. It melts. Tin foil does same thing heaters hot but great use on Xmas day. I will always have one now

I bought this for Christmas day to keep vegetables hot for people to help them selves! I tried it out the other night with a curry/ bhajis/ other small bites. It keeps the food hot. I lined the tins to make easier to clean. Really happy with this purchase. Only downside is the plastic lids. They feel a bit flimsy.

Small dinks on hot plate from delivery and the material overall is not solid in shape. Stains on hot plate impossible to remove after use and the plastics lids scratched on first wash with simple everyday washing up pads and liquid.

The item arrived promptly and was easy to use. Received many compliments and guests enjoyed a warm brunch. I will be purchasing some more. Thank you seller!

Only keeps food warm, not hot. First one I received, after only a few uses started to come apart at a rivet point, which was clearly a manufacturing defect. Amazon replaced it no questions asked, so I can't fault Amazon customer service on their part. However again after only a few uses one of the plastic tops cracked. Can't be bothered to go through the replacement process again, for what is clearly a poor quality item. Suffice to say, no further products with the Tower brand will be bought by my household.
