Gory as hell
The long awaited sequel is here and if I am honest I prefer the original only because it lacked the dark humour of the the first.the only thing that put me of this film was the supernatural element.yes it did follow on from the original and I must admit it did keep me watching all the way through.Art the Clown character was on form and the acting was very good.it was a bit long and it could of done with being cut down by about 25 mins or so with irrelevant material being cut out I just feel would of made the film better.on the plus side the Special Make Up Effects were way better than the original because of the bigger budget and this has to be one of the most goriest most violent films I have seen.i gave 5 stars because despite some flaws it was brilliant overall.but not for the squeamish.

Horror has a new icon!!
I enjoyed the first Terrifier so I thought will the sequel be any good!! The answer is yes it’s bigger bolder and just as gory as the first movie. Running over 2 hours there is plenty to keep you on the edge of your seat so you won’t get bored. Can’t wait to see Terrifier 3 horror has a new icon his name is Art the clown!!!

Entertaining splatterfest, complete with gore and violence.
"Terrifier 2."Directed by Damien Leone. 2022.Reviewed by Dorothy Billing.Devoted fans of Damien Leone's cult slasher "Terrifier" will have a good idea of what to expect from the violent antics of its central character, Art the Clown, who returns to wreak more of his murderous wrath in "Terrifier 2", which does not hold back on the gore and splatter. Don't expect to be reeled in gently! This is seriously on another sadistically creative level, which goes far beyond the realms of even the most expansive imaginations. And it's artful stuff, which only Art, (complete with his cheeky glances, winks and ecstatic laughter), can deliver with that deliciously insane humour of his which you just cannot resist. Even though you're wincing in revulsion! While the first "Terrifier" has a distinctive stripped back, retro tone to it, relying mainly on visuals and kills to deliver its thrills, "Terrifier 2" seems to align itself more with the look and feel of a mainstream horror, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, and along with a solid script and authentic characters, there's still much to enjoy here. Once again the storyline is set during Halloween, focusing this time on a brother and sister whose father has died, and although they're both coping, Jonathan is fixated on dad's old drawings of Art, while Sienna suffers from periodic panic attacks. But with Halloween celebrations on the horizon, there's much to look forward to. Until Art makes his appearance of course. While the plot is a little predictable, the pace picks up at just the right time, and there are good performances from both Lauren Lavera as Sienna, Elliott Fullam as younger brother Jonathan, and without a doubt, David Howard Thornton, who plays Art with an impressive and impish slickness, which you can't fail to enjoy, even though he's dripping in gore whilst doing it.Shocking, violent and outrageously gory, this is a relentlessly wild and entertaining splatterfest, (helped along by a dash of humour), which only the hardiest will survive. This gets a 3 out of 5 from me.
