Q: Anyway to have video out to monitor?

Hi! The Soundtrack Player 3 does not have any monitor/video output avalible. This device is remotely controlled using our remote app or web portal.

Q: Can this play to multiple zones?

The Soundtrack Player can be paired to one zone at a time and can play a single stream of music. If you have multiple zones, you will need one Soundtrack Player for each zone.

Q: What is this Soundtrack box suppose to do?

The Soundtrack Player is a streaming box fully dedicated to our service. Specifics: 16 GB internal memory holds up to 2 weeks of music. Plug it into your audio system using an RCA audio cable. Remote updates – your device will get the latest software versions via our automatic updates. The streaming box uses dynamic IP by default. You can easily configure it for static IP. The following cables are included in the package along with an installation guide: 1 x Soundtrack Player 1 x Ethernet cable 1 x RCA Cable (male/male) 1 x Power Supply Unit (PSU) for your region

Q: Can two of these be used together in the same zone? (asking for my church for our kids area [hallway {amplifier} & large room {soundboard}])

The relationship between devices and Zones is 1:1. To be able to have two of these devices running at the same location, you would need two Zones (licenses) in the same Location. One driving the hallway amp and the other your soundboard. I do not know that the content playing will stay in sync with each other if you intend them to play the same content. Perhaps you could split the line-level audio if that were part of the requirement.

Stations are terrible. Player works fine, but spotify for biz is terrible

Just go with another streaming service. Soundtrack for business is just terrible. Stations might start off fine, but you HAVE to change them after 30 minutes because it starts playing random and odd music. Not worth the money. Wish I knew this before I bought this.

Sound card failed after 5 mins of operation.

Setup was rather simple and easy. After trying to out for 5 minutes the sound stopped. I checked all the support pages, performed all the trouble shooting steps, reset, etc. Still no sound.Opened a support ticket with the vendor, they helped me realize/conclude the sound card was defective, which makes me wonder about quality assurance, for a 200 USD + subscription fee you would expect no issues, right? Well I was proven wrong, I am returning it very disappointed.
