Used these for a flush mounted pc sensor panel, and the work great. Very compact, easy to assemble and lots of variability with different lengths on ribbon cable. No instructions are included, but if you’ve worked with electronics, you’ll have no issue. Each connector has a small black tab that flips over, then you insert the cable (paying attention to the contacts facing each other on the connector and cable), then flip the tab to lock it. Worked great for me.

This is a very specific cable that solves a couple of very specific problems. If you're trying to charge your phone then you're in the wrong place. If you're trying to slip a USB cable through a slot less than 0.5mm tall or you need an ultra-compact plug then this product is brilliant.

Works perfect for power but haven’t tried data transfer speeds. Super awesome for a 3d printed project.

You need to assemble this cable as the connectors and cable are coming separated and you need to assemble it yourself. the 90 angle is very big and wont fit a wall mounted tablet. very disappointing

This is a true ribbon cable...it's thickness is no more than a few sheets of paper, which makes it VERY flexible. Upon receipt, it came in 3 parts...the cable itself and the two detached plugs, which required fastening to the cable via a snap down hinge. It only took a minute or two to do this, but out of the DOZENS of charging cables that I have used over the last 20+ years, thus is the first that the user has to assemble prior to use. Once assembled, it allows the high current of my wall charger to access the phone with a resulting short recharge time, so the overall DC resistance must be commendably low. MAYBE the detachable nature of the clip-on plugs will minimize stress related cable failures. Let's see how this continues to perform for the next few months.

Using inside a Voron Trident for control of BTT HDMI 5. Works perfect.

My use case was for a motorcycle to fit in a small compartment that cant take a straight usb c connector... Not way it would fit with a regular one, this does fit but the connectors not being soldered leaves a bit to be desired... stopped working after about 6-8 months of heavy use. If youre not moving it often it seems like a solid choice, but be mindful the boards and connectors are exposed.

Product comes with assembly required and the instructions provided (here) are clearly for a different model. Could have been a fantastic product and exactly met my needs if the construction was not so shoddy for connecting the ribbon cables.

The usb-c sticks out a bit more than expected and looks pretty delicate, but the product works fine, no issues on data transfer and power.

I bought this to use in my car for usb music. My front armrest has 2 USB-C sockets hidden beneath the front where there's a USB 'stick' plugged in for my music. Theres a small storage tray beneath the sockets for coins etc but when my 'stick' of music is plugged in it protrudes forward somewhat overhanging the tray (due to adapter). I purchased this cable to eliminate this. I needed a thin cable to neither get in the way of my armrest closing correctly nor getting damaged from being squashed when it closes. As you can see from my photos this cable is the perfect solution to my needs. My 'stick' now sits hidden in the storage bin beneath the armrest. Please note that this cable is designed for data transfer between 2 devices, NOT REALLY FOR CHARGING. PS: you'll need a female bridge to connect the cable to your USB 'stick' or drive. I hope my description helps someone.
