This really helped in lifting the patient. It is able to lift both the bed (single mattress) and the patient without any issues. Working as expected.

Good product but after 2 month it get bad alienment get bad and we sont know where we can get service for this

This design is a safety risk and may lead to spinal injuries to patients with mobility issues. My father used this for 2 days and started having back issues. We are American citizens living in India, so, coordinated with our US physician who told us that these stop gap beds can eventually create back issue and as there is no safety mechanism where the bed will not suddenly slip back, it may lead to spinal injuries. As a courtesy, I offered the seller a detailed feedback on how to fix the safety issues, however, the response was that they have provided all details on the listing and buyers should take a decision properly. Secondly, these are not hard bolted to the bed frame and can unequally apply pressure on upper body of patient causing uneven pressure on the upper and lower spine. The item has no warranty, no after sales service. If the piston spring motor goes bad, there is no replacement/repair. The concept is good, but, needs a lot of redesign to make it work. Item listing was also incorrect, showing that full refund is available for any reason. However, when I initiated a refund, the seller asked for very high return shipping fee. The seller claims that items returned without any defects will require a high return fee, contrary to the listing return policy. Item returned with a lot of challenges and only after Amazon stepped in to help.

This is a perfect product that can be added to the existing bed. Mattress will get lifted by remote. Very easy fixing. It comes preassembled.
