Been very happy with these. I have used them numerous times at the gym with the cable crossover. They add a different grip and work muscles differently. They are not hard and have some flex to the ball which makes it comfortable. If you have larger hands you might find them too small and will probably want a larger size but these will work.

Excellent pull up ball grip! Just what I was looking for. My overall strength improved within one week of using it. I highly recommend it. Also, the materials are good quality.

Decent. Only draw back was one if the ropes had a half twist in it, resulting in one of the two balls not exactly hanging symmetrically with the other ball. But they are durable and strong. Recommend.

The balls are more squishy of rubber than expected and the ropes longer, but they are strong as heck and work great for pull-ups and grip strength training! I had to chose blue because if that’s an option for this style grip, why not?! Excited to see how well these hold up over time.

Sometimes I come across something I didn't know I needed until I saw it. The equipment has a really solid feel, especially the ball-grips the texture gives a slightly soft feel to a very solid ball. I appreciated the product listing the weight limit, to know that my weight won't break it and because I found that products that don't list them tend to be cheap. I really wish they had shortened rope (the loop is 2-feet long). I realize they intend it to loop around a pole, but my set up is a daisy chain hanging from 8 feet; a shorter rope would be easier for me to clip closer to the desired height. If I had been aware of an option half the length or shorter would be perfect for me. Still though I love the product.

I really wish this were adjustable or available in shorter versions. This is 32" and very long compared to what most would use. Adjustable option would be amazing. Love the grippy ball for sure.

Esta bastante bien. Recomendado. Es de buena calidad. Hago pull-ups con esto y todo muy bien. Pero tiene un problema, la longitud de la cuerda no es la misma y eso va a generar un problema al hacer el ejercicio. Pueden devolverlo y pedir otro para que no tenga el defecto.

Well made, good grip and useful rope for attaching it to a pull up bar. The rope can be detached if you want to clip a carabiner to them instead.
