YES! This works perfectly fine with my cpap machine. I needed a power adapter to connect my cpap to the power brick I bought and this works great.

I ordered this to use with a battery that has a 12 volt hook up and with the van, and it works great, the CPAP runs all night on one charge of the battery, and then the battery charges back up with a solar panel, so prepared for a power outage or if I want to go camping.

Paired with a 50 Ahr LiPO4 battery for camping. Got 3 days w/o issue and had more juice to go.

Replaces a Very Expensive OEM 12 volt adapter for CPAP Philips Respironics REMstar Pro C-Flex machine. We Dry Camp a lot and last trip the OEM one broke where the wires meet the plug into the CPAP. This replacement from CASIMY works 100% PLUS it looks much better than the OEM.

This works great for me. It comes with two sizes of power connectors. I used the adapter for the smaller connector on my machine. It comes with a couple of spare fuses. To replace the fuse simply unscrew the end of the 12V plug to access the old fuse.

Uso CPAP desde hace 20 años y por fin encontré un cable con conector compatible para mi aparato. Luego de pasar por distintas adaptaciones que incluyeron: batería de auto, inversor de corriente, cargador de batería, etc. ahora uso una POWER STATION de Westinghouse que me daba sólo 12 hrs de uso con A/C (una noche y un rato más) pero con éste cable ya puedo ir de campamento por lo menos durante 3 o 4 noches. !Estoy muy satisfecho!
