This is the best hamstring strengthening tool I’ve come across. It’s sturdy and comfortable. It also comes with good tips about how to use it and how often. It’s definitely not easy at first, but once you get a hang of it, it’s a game changer for hamstring strength

Absolutely wonderful product! I’m an avid gym goer but have shifted to working out at home and this is by far the best hamstring workout at home. Start by hinging at the hips and just holding that vs dropping to the ground super fast and pushing back up. Comes with the knee pad that’s super comfortable too. Get it now!

It's okay, I'm used to it sometimes.

it works ok but not super stable. stable enough to do the exercise but you have to keep your balance. I am not using it as designed. I attach it to something on the wall but my feet don't directly touch the wall so there's nothing the sole of my feet is touching. But it allows me to work on my hamstrings. Quality is great. the adjustment clamp is much better an easier to use than my expectations, and it works great at holding the loop adjustment in place. The knee pad is GREAT...easy, big enough, comfortable, and cannot do anything without the pad, and the pad by itself is worth buying this device.

I normally didn't write reviews, but these can't beautifully packaged and the stitching was immaculate. They also threw in a door sign that is laminated and not just paper. The strap is sturdy and works well, it will outlive me, lol

Sit-ups okay I might not be smart enough, but the Nordic curl - not user friendly… I couldn’t get a tight hold to keep my feet in place.

Great value, good quality. I purchased a similar, higher priced item from a different manufacturer which I returned. I then purchased this item which was superior and at a lower price. It came in a box, with directions and a knee mat. The other had none of these! It's easy to use and does the job. I highly recommend.

Surprisingly worked very well I used a door to hold my weight strong material holds up well and doesn’t slip out you can also adjust the length great for people who don’t workout in the gym
