Love my Rollga. Helps me adjust my back and for deeper pressure on my hips while sitting on it. Highly recommend it.

I do love these rollers and I got the medium first but gave it to my (now ex lol) but we still talk and have fun, so still in contact… :) (She cool just didn’t work out for us, anyway…). I compared the the blue medium I gave her and the white soft I got myself and they are very close to the same density, but…. I did notice that the soft one does break in more over time because it did feel just as dense medium one. But if you want a little softer (still not much softer) just use it and give it a little time, because it does get a little softer compered to medium one over time. I would have got the medium again but the white soft was only $20! I’m still happy with it and don’t notice much of a difference to care. But if the medium was $20 I would go for that just because I would assume it would last longer since it’s a little denser, otherwise, the soft should be perfect unless you need very firm and are above 230lbs (estimate as I’m 6’1 and 200lbs). Hope that helps.

I was looking for a foam roller to help with back pain. I two other brands but one was too hard and the other one had a texture that was kind of painful. I really like the feel of this foam roller and the shape provides a lot of muscle relief with regular use. I also appreciate the width because it is wide enough to rest my whole back on it unlike some other models I have seen. Definitely recommend!

💯 Highly recommend. Can really get all the spots n knots, front and back. Spine groove space definitely decompresses/pops easily and safely! Wasn’t sure about the “standard” density, or which density to pick buying online, but it’s just right in the middle for me w a little give, yet still goes to work on tight areas!

Effective tool in relieving stiffness and soreness in joints and muscles, recommended by the chiropractor. The only downside was that it too a week to arrive, hence only four stars.

This thing is nothing more than glorified styrofoam. It is unbelievably hard and there is no way you can comfortably use this for all the exercises they propose. I initiated a refund immediately upon receiving.
