I keep one of these mats on my desk in work for use with my Pipamoka. After making coffee with it in work I usually clean the working parts which can then drip dry tidily together on the mat without getting the actual desk wet. The mat appears to be made of very high quality silicone rubber so won't be bothered at all by exposure to hot water or hot coffee maker parts. It's also very easy to clean - a quick rinse with warm soapy water is usually enough. The colour shown in the pictures appears to be accurate so visually the mat fits in well with most kitchens, wood finished desks etc.

You get what you pay for. Small but good quality I have my coffee grinder sat on top of this helps it stay nice and tidy.

Good but smaller and thinner than the same mat I bought 4 year's ago

Only 4 stars as it’s just a silicone mat. However it does exactly what I want it to do. That is, keep coffee grounds, water and associated coffee making paraphernalia clean, neat and tidy on the work surface. It’ll also look good and be very useful on the limited workspace of my camper van.
