TiptreeLemon Curd, 11 Ounce Jar (312g)

This is delicious! It’s like lemon pie filling but a million times better. The jars from this company are shipped inside boxes that protect them from breaking and from cross-contamination from chemicals on other products shipped with them. I am very impressed with products from this company. I tried adding a spoon of this lemon curd to some plain yogurt and it’s wonderful this way. It’s also good on a cracker or simply on a spoon. The pre-tariff price was definitely worth paying. I hope the crazy tariffs don’t ruin it because this is worth buying.

Just as I remember from previous business trips to metro London. I have found two domestic USA makers of same type, but they don't quite make it to the flavor profile of this brand. I prefer a strong lemon flavor without excessive sweetness. This is perfect. The American brands seem to be sweeter without the tartness of a good English Lemon Curd. Comparing ingredients list, I did notice one additional lemon ingredient in this one. It made a difference. I intend to keep getting it as long as they are available.

This is the best store bought lemon curd. Great consistency and flavor.

Omgggggg, this is a dessert in a jar! I just got it today but totally forgot that it was downstairs. After dinner, I was craving something sweet and went back downstairs to rummage through the pantry for a treat. I didn’t find anything, so as I headed back upstairs, I noticed that I hadn’t opened my package. I opened it, took a little taste with a spoon, and then another spoonful, and another spoonful and ANOTHER SPOONFUL 😋😋😋. This was my dessert!!! I just ordered another jar because this one won’t last here with me!!! It has the perfect amount of sweetness and tartness!!! It’s like a lemon bar in a jar!!!! I’m in love!!!!

Product arrived quickly as promised and was not damaged. Tab depressed and safe to use. Color was a little darker than expected. I ordered this brand as my go to was out of stock. This product has a tangy lemon flavor but I find it sweeter than what I use regularly. All personal preference. I was pleased with the way the jar was packed and protected, but I will not order this brand again hence the 4 stars.

This lemon curd tastes fantastic! I love the quality and the price. I highly recommend it!

My first review was rejected because it focused solely on the fact that the jar was not securely packed, so it was damaged and leaked all over the box, and I did not address the product itself. That was fair. So here it is: the curd is perfect, sweet, tart, buttery goodness. It's wonderful on toast, waffles, shortbread cookies, coconut cookies (the hard, flat kind), a spoon - you name it. I usually have some on toast or a toasted waffle with my coffee in the morning.I intended to say it was too bad that I'd never order it again due to the terrible packing job (it was just loose in a large box with my other two items! Do better, Amazon! At least put it in one of those plastic shipping bags so that if it leaks, it doesn't get all over the other items.)But the curd is WAY too addictive to not order again. So here goes Amazon's second chance. Wilkin & Sons Ltd doesn't need a second chance; they got it perfect on the first try. Here's hoping this time I get a full, unopened, undamaged jar!

If you love lemon like I do, you'll love this. Far better than what I've bought at my local store.
