I will make this review a simple pro/con review as I find easier to read and make a decision on. Pros: +Excellent quality +Easy to Assemble +Headrest is comfortable and eliminates neck/back pain while doing crunches +Good value for money +Manual give illustrations on the various crunches you can do (they also have videos on their website) +You can feel this device working your abs from the first use! Cons: -The manual shows stretches... for every muscle except the abdominal muscles (I recommend a google search to find ab stretches to use before and after a workout) - It does not fold for easy storage but you can disassemble it which makes it slightly easier to store if you have the patience to keep taking it apart.

so i got this today and its a good item, easy to set up and works great. but after setting up for the second time, i heard a pop and one of the screws on the top. the plastic ring has cracked right down the side, its still use able,but very annoying as its the first day of having it, otherwise its a good item

Whilst it is a good item mine had a serious flaw, which could have caused serious neck injury. I assembled the head rest as per the instructions/diagrams BUT it hurt my neck when I used it. I rechecked and yes I had the logo the right way up as per the diagrams. WRONG - the covering had been fitted UPSIDE DOWN, which caused the neck pain. How careless is that, shame on you supplier. I refitted it t'other way round, i.e. logo upside down and it solved the problem.

This is a great piece of equipment, Firstly...it came packed well, and fast delivery, It's easy to put together (I managed to do it my self which says a lot!) Secondly...the results are quick to see! I've been using for a week now...and already I've toned a little by loosing 4inch around my torso (along with a balanced diet) you can feel it working immediately, I use every day (50 crunches a day) and this piece of equipment makes it easier to do...no neck strain... Great price too!

Bought this Ab trainer off Amazon because Ive had multiple products from Amazon and always been very happy - until now. The Ab trainer arrived, well packaged with instructions for assembly. Easy to understand instructions. The item is as sturdy as a jelly on a plate. It functions but thats as good as it gets. The screw fixings - like a black knob that you turn, doesnt get tight just keeps turning - both sides. If I wasnt desperate for this item Id be sending it back in a heartbeat but I dont want the cost of sending it back either. HUGE Disappointment from Amazon

I Found this very easy to put together on arrival and it seems very sturdy. It is of a good size so you don't need to squeeze under it. The fact that it is folding makes it very convenient for people who don't have a lot of storage space and lets face it that is most homes!

Product is easy to use but the fixing are a problem...as they cracked and broke after a single use. Assembly was also not the greatest...bit fiddly. at least i got one workout out of it!!!! would not recommend

I have only just bought this so cannot comment on whether it works or not but I wanted to warn buyers to check the cushion is on the right way. In the instructions it shows the cushion with the thin part of the cushion downwards with the logo the right way up but it should be with the thickest part of the cushion downwards and where you put your neck and the logo upside down. However apart from that it is easy to put together and I hope it works. I will do an update if I can to let you know the results

ich habe das gerät nun 14 tage und bin mehr als zufrieden. ich meine wenn man in 14 tagen 6 kilo abnimmt, sollte man das auch sein. aber der fairnishalber sollte ich erwähnen, das ich die 6 kilo auch aufgrund einer gleichzeitigen ernährungsumstellung erreichte. aber nun zum gerät selber. der aufbau ist mehr als einfach und das gerät ist qualitativ recht gut. klar findet man bei dem preis immer dinge die nicht gut sind, wie die kopfstütze, die man nicht verändern kann. aber mel ehrlich, das habe ich für 25 euro auch nicht erwartet. die übungen sind sehr einfach und für jederman zu schaffen. auch zeitliuch hält es sich im rahmen. ich habe über den tag verteilt, also morgens und abends je 3 sätze gemacht, was zeitmäßig nicht viel ist. aber das ergebnis spricht wirklich für sich. der bauchumfang hat sich merklich verringert und das in nur 14 tagen. einfach wahnsinn. für mich selber war die entscheidung dieses gerät zu kaufen aber eher die, das ich in meinem alter die wirbelsäule entlasste. und siehe da, durch dieses gerät klappt das sehr gut. ich habe nun weder rücken noch kopf oder nackenschmerzen. schon allein daher lohnt sich dieses gerät. wer aber eine verstellbare kopfstütze will, sollte ein anderes modell wählen. für mich persönlich reicht diese 25 euro investition. ich behalte das gerät auf jeden fall, und freue mcih schon auf die nächsten zentimeter, die mein bauch schrumpft :-)

Ottimo prodotto. L'ho acquistato circa un mese fa e lo sto usando regolarmente. Del tutto analogo a quello che usavo in palestra. Facile il montaggio. Una volta montato però non l'ho più richiuso per essere più veloce nell'adoperarlo quando mi serve. L'appoggia testa è morbido e confortevole. Spedizione puntuale. Ne consiglio l'acquisto.

Je viens tout juste de le déballer, ayant galéré pour ouvrir la boîte avec la tonnes de collant, celle-ci n’est plus utilisable pour renvoyer. L’article n’a pas encore été utilisé par moi! Il est encore en plein montage que je constate des traces d’usure qui ne devrait pas être présente sur un article neuf…

Buen producto, fácil de montar, fácil de utilizar y una gran ayuda, lo único que es comomejo para desmontar y poderlo guardar, quizas se podría mejorar el enganche de la rosca para que al aflojar lo suficiente pueda girar y guardarse, por lo demás resistente y seguro de usar.
